Abstract: SSH keys are used for machine to machine authentication and are often not managed in the same way userids and passwords are. The discussion will focus on this risk and what can be done about it.
Bio: ‘John Muirhead-Gould is a Solutions Engineer for Venafi. He is a recognized authority & thought leader on the topics of Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access, and Encryption. John has previous experience as a Systems Analyst, a UNIX/Linux Engineer, a VP of Engineering, and multiple VP of Security Service roles over the last 14 years.

Bio: Ms. Shiva Scotti is the Executive Director of TechR2. She has worked for several Fortune 100 companies including Kimberly-Clark Corporation on the Kleenex Brand and Abbott Laboratories, as well as in Munich, Germany for a couple years in a leadership marketing role. Her experience spans an array of businesses and includes developing new products, determining brand positioning and media plans both in the US and abroad, growing relationships with professional sports leagues (i.e. NBA, NFL, NHL and endurance athletes) and sponsors, managing communication strategies internationally, and facilitating global education coursework & projects.
