Fill Out the Application: Begin by completing the sponsorship application form below. Ensure all the necessary fields are accurately filled out to help us better understand your goals and objectives.
Read and Accept the Terms: As you fill out the application, carefully review the terms and conditions of the sponsorship agreement. By submitting this document, you're electronically signing and indicating your acceptance of these terms.
Confirmation and Invoice: Once your application is received and reviewed, our dedicated sponsorship team will send you an invoice for your chosen sponsorship package. This will serve as confirmation of your sponsorship with COISSA.
Finalize Your Sponsorship: After receiving your payment, you'll officially become a valued sponsor of COISSA. We will also guide you through the process of sending us your logos and brand assets, ensuring your brand receives the recognition and exposure it deserves.

Do you undertsand what is offered with your sponsorship?

Speaker Spot: This includes one speaking opportunity, individual or panel, at the event described within your sponsorship tier. You are required to follow all speaker guidelines, including requirements and deadlines. Chapter Website Recognition: This includes the addition of your company logo on the Central Ohio ISSA Website (centralohioissa.org). You must submit your company logo, including any usage requirements of the Sponsor’s name, trademarks, etc. Social Media Recognition: This will include company recognition on at least one of the social media platforms utilized by Central Ohio ISSA. The chapter currently uses LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The Central Ohio ISSA may post details for events you sponsor commensurate with your sponsorship level. Booth at InfoSec Summit: This includes one 6’ table in the exhibitor hall of the Hilton, unless otherwise stated within your sponsorship tier details, for your company to utilize during the Central Ohio InfoSec summit. Each booth must have a single logo and contract. The Central Ohio ISSA does not allow for co-branding of booths, however shared resources may be utilized.

The Central Ohio ISSA reserves the right not to accept sponsorship requests at its discretion. - To be considered, all forms must be received complete. All sponsoring organizations MUST provide a secondary contact, local to Central Ohio (i.e., Sales Representative), to ensure consistent and timely communication between your organization and the Central Ohio ISSA. - All sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. - Modification requests to our terms and conditions will not be accepted. - You understand and intend to abide by all deadlines communicated within this form and the 2024 Sponsorship page. - All sales are final and are non-refundable. - Sponsorship cancellation may occur at any time, however liability of the full sponsorship fee remains, even if the Sponsorship is later replaced.

Do you agree to the 30-day deadline to submit logos and other brand documentation?

The Sponsor must provide logo images and other details required (such as correct use of the Sponsor’s name, trademarks, etc.) to the Central Ohio ISSA within 30 days of receipt of acceptance.
