Important Sponsorship Details

Make sure you read and understand all of the terms and conditions of becoming a Sponsor BEFORE submitting your application.

  • The Central Ohio ISSA reserves the right not to accept sponsorship requests at its discretion.

    All sales are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your Sponsorship at any time; however, you will remain liable for the entire sponsorship fee, even if the Sponsorship is later replaced.

  • Sponsorship Forms will NOT be accepted until Monday, November 11th, 2024, at 12 PM ET. Forms received before this date will be considered invalid and will not be reviewed or accepted.

    All sponsoring organizations MUST provide a secondary contact, local to Central Ohio (e.g., Sales Representative), to ensure consistent and timely communication between your organization and the Central Ohio ISSA.

    Sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Speaker Spot: This includes one speaking opportunity, individual or panel, at the event described within your sponsorship tier. You are required to follow all speaker guidelines, including requirements and deadlines.

    Chapter Website Recognition: This includes the addition of your company logo on the Central Ohio ISSA Website (centralohioissa.org). You must submit your company logo, including any usage requirements of the Sponsor’s name, trademarks, etc.

    Social Media Recognition: This will include company recognition on at least one of the social media platforms utilized by Central Ohio ISSA. The chapter currently uses LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The Central Ohio ISSA may post details for events you sponsor commensurate with your sponsorship level.

    Booth at InfoSec Summit: This includes one 6’ table in the exhibitor hall of the Hilton unless otherwise stated within your sponsorship tier details, for your company to utilize during the Central Ohio InfoSec summit. Each booth must have a single logo and contract.

    The Central Ohio ISSA does not allow for co-branding of booths, however shared resources may be utilized.
