October 24, 2022: Acceptance of 2023 Sponsorships begins at 12 PM EDT
January 30, 2023: Speaker presentation submission: deadline, failure to submit your presentation may result in omission from the agenda
March 6, 2023: The last day for registration to attend the InfoSec Summit and receive an official badge. Registering after this date will result in a handwritten paper badge.
March 6, 2023: Sponsor logo submission deadline, failure to submit your logo may result in omission from sponsor publications
April 20 & 21, 2023: 2023 Central Ohio InfoSec Summit
September 5, 2023: Last day to register golfers using Sponsor golfer tickets; unused tickets will be forfeited after this date
September 25, 2023: 2023 Central Ohio ISSA Golf Outing at the Muirfield Village Country Club
December 2023: 2023 Central Ohio ISSA Holiday Party

The Central Ohio ISSA reserves the right not to accept sponsorship requests at its discretion.
Upon purchase completion, the Sponsor must provide logo images and other details required (such as correct use of the Sponsor’s name, trademarks, etc.) to the Central Ohio ISSA within 30 days of receipt of acceptance.
All sales are final and are non-refundable. You may cancel your Sponsorship at any time; however, you will remain liable for the entire sponsorship fee, even if the Sponsorship is later replaced.

Sponsorship Forms will NOT be accepted until Monday, October 24, 2022, at 12 PM EDT. Forms received before this date will be considered invalid and will not be reviewed or accepted. To be considered, all forms must be received complete, including a signature from the sponsoring organization.
All sponsoring organizations MUST provide a secondary contact, local to Central Ohio (i.e., Sales Representative), to ensure consistent and timely communication between your organization and the Central Ohio ISSA.
All sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Monday, October 24, 2022, at 12 PM EDT.

Definitions
Speaker Spot: This includes one speaking opportunity, individual or panel, at the event described within your sponsorship tier. You are required to follow all speaker guidelines, including requirements and deadlines.
Chapter Website Recognition: This includes the addition of your company logo on the Central Ohio ISSA Website (centralohioissa.org). You must submit your company logo, including any usage requirements of the Sponsor’s name, trademarks, etc.
Social Media Recognition: This will include company recognition on at least one of the social media platforms utilized by Central Ohio ISSA. The chapter currently uses LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The Central Ohio ISSA may post details for events you sponsor commensurate with your sponsorship level.
Booth at InfoSec Summit: This includes one 6’ table in the exhibitor hall of the Hilton unless otherwise stated within your sponsorship tier details, for your company to utilize during the Central Ohio InfoSec summit. Each booth must have a single logo and contract.
The Central Ohio ISSA does not allow for co-branding of booths, however shared resources may be utilized.
